    I think all you have to do is change out the pinion gear with the other one that came with it, throw in a 3S, and you're good to go. Just stick to speed runs.

    Well the easiest way is to cut some notebook paper into a strip about 4 inches long, so you can hold it, and about a 1/4" wide. Stick it between the spur and pinion gear and push the mesh together firmly. Not super tight like trying to squish it but snug. Then tighten the motor bolts back up. Should be a little play in the gears. Not a lot, but enough to allow for expansion and so they don't strip.

    After a few times you can do it by feel but it's a good way to do it. Make sure the motor bolts are tight. Would take a pic for you but at my gfriends right now.

    Big thing is just make sure it's lined up straight, and after you tighten it rock the spur (big) gear back and forth. It should move just a little bit.

    the tranny gives 1.5 degrees of toe and the hubs give an additional 1.5 degrees so yes im running 3 degrees toe in.

    Im not sure on what the RPM ones were i'll have to double check.

    They are 17mm AKA wheel adapters. Lets you run a variety of different wheels. And they are a lot beefier than the 12mm hexes so not as much stripping.

    correct, but i run associated sc8 short course wheels so I can still run a standard short course tire. i do have the option of throwing on my buggy wheels though.

    I'm not asleep, been wiring my heli. Was ready to power the head up and discovered I have some kinda problem with the one-way bearing in the main gear. Not sure what to do, I'm eyeing my JB Weld.
