So I've been in AM skimming for about 3 months now, and been skimming normally about 2 years. Recently I got a bruised heel from to much impact to it I guess. But I was wondering if anyone knew how to cure a bruised heel. Its been bothering me for about 3 weeks now and most of the time I cant land shizz because it hurts so much. Please helpp

I would do what he said. If it still doesn't get better, it might be more than bruise. You can have a fracture of the calcaneus (heel bone) from the impact. Of course I've had a bruise from stepping on my dogs hard chew toy. It hurts like crap.
