    It's done by CCTV just like their speed cameras. CCTV captures the license plate which is processed at a computer center which then denies the pump.

    My little cousin, whom was 13 at the time, decided that it would be a good idea to start dressing like this and one day while walking into walmart he saw a few of his friends. Well I took that opportunity to teach him a lesson about that and pulled his pants down in front of everyone, he hasn't sagged his pants since.
