This is my first vehicle and my baby (probably gonna cry when I see it leave). I'm selling my truck because of gas. Where I live jobs are scarcer than most places, so I can't find one. I have little money, so buying another vehicle is out of the question. I go to community college and my parents pay for my gas. 30 mile round trip Monday-Thursday(20-21mpg) and other driving in between and on the weekends really hurts my parents wallet by Sunday. I feel that i owe it to them to get something more fuel efficient. So here it is, PM for any questions or more pictures.

Hit a deer with it going about 15-20 no damage to anything not even the bar. It's fairly lightweight, it shakes a little (I've had lights on it before), but from what I understand most bull bars are like that anyway. I just put 4 big black zip ties (2 on the bar, 2 attached to the bumper) on it and it helped with the shake a lot.

Depends on what you want to use it for. A bull bar adds a little protection but they seem to shake. A light bar seems less likely to shake. Or you could get a full tube bumper, best of both worlds.

I dunno, i wouldn't sell it if the only reason is gas mileage.

If you are looking for something with say 40 mpg, it's going to be a small car and I think you will be safer in your truck in case you get into an accident.

I would also Check out Insurance rates. Maybe your fuel savings will end up payer for a higher insurance rate.

Now if you just want something different....that's a different story

Pretty sure gas mileage is a perfectly good reason to get rid of my truck in this case. I hate to see it go, but life goes on.
