Yup, you kinda have to at this point. You pretty much cant afford to lose to against either Colorado or Phoenix or San Jose or Calgary

 

Maybe the game against the Blackcocks will wake Vancouver up out of the nap we've been taking

 

I am looking forward to that game. TSN is carrying it. I hope the Canucks come out like its a playoff game.

True. It is understandable that a team who has already booked a ticket into the playoffs would play inconsistently with 10 games left. But yeah, the Chicago hate should totally wake them up. It would be painful to watch otherwise...

They need to stop letting themselves get pushed around, show some damn emotion and fight back. They play a very pure form of hockey, part of the reason I like them so much, but they struggle and get shell shocked against the much more physical team.

They're like the west coast college basketball teams running into a harvard. They slow you down and make you play their game. Force the tempo!

 

Only if Im doing work at home at night (rarely). Even when they are on I dont usually watch every game, just too busy, and with Crosby out so much I lost some interest. Now that the playoffs are closing in Im trying to follow more. When I lived in Pitt I watched every game unless I was playing in one of my leagues. Theres also not much to do in Pit during the winter. The radio is better to listen to than those assholes Eerie and Staggy.

True, unless it snows alot. I was just wondering how you kept up with it. The pens app on my phone has the listen to radio option, but that seems to lock up on me alot. I downloaded the I heart radio app, so I can listen to it that way.

 

It's a Canadian invented sport where you try to put a large round ball through a basket with the bottom cut out. The basket hangs 10 feet in the air and the players must "dribble" the ball up and down the floor by bouncing it off of the floor back to themselves. 5 vs 5.

 

Canadians love anything with long hard sticks and big balls. Thats what I have heard anyway.
