Top of the 2nd page: Some of Chef Geoff's memorable....what? Creations? Combos? Seems a little awkward the way it is now.

And a favorite salad combo of mine just because I feel like suggesting it:

Spring mix, grilled chicken, diced apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, and Asiago cheese with raspberry or huckleberry vinaigrette

People should be beating the door down for that.

But don't go the way of Denny's... I can't stand their burgers.

But ya... It depends on the "flavor" of the cafe.
If your place is more laid back (but not trashy like Denny's), then I think $4.49-$5.49 is a good range if we're talking a good 1/2 pounder.

For a basic 1/4 pounder? Ya... come in a notch above McD's in the <$4 range.

Hey neon, we charge $8.95 for a 8oz burger, choice of cheese with hand cut fries, Pickle, LTO if it helps.

Add-ons galore.......have a Godzilla Burger for 15.95 with bacon, pastrami, pork roll, jack and cheddar cheese, pulled pork, and a fried egg, LTO, fries.

Also I just realized your the OP for "The List" which has been on my bookmarks for 2 years, Love it! I knew your handle looked familiar.

    How's it going so far?

thanks for the incite .... I have changed the menu to read...
    4oz Angus...
    Burger $5.69
    Cheese Burger $6.29
    Green Chile Cheese Burger $6.89
    Served with chips

I think people can live with that

I will have daily specials that should rock!

Thinking of a 12 egg omelet platter galore challenge. When it was a deli before me... they had a 10 scoop ice cream sundae challenge. Eat in 30 mins and its free, get a shirt and pic on the wall. I will defiantly do something like that.

Anyone in Albuquerque ever been to Sadie's and had/ seen the Roberto special menu item? Sooooooooooooo goood!!! I will be rocking something like that !

Sadie’s creation par excellence! Grilled Hamburger Steak generously covered with Sadie’s own Chile con Queso, Frijoles and Papitas smothered in Red or Green Chile puts this dinner in a class all it’s own. !!!
