    nah, i know that block, i have seen it. You can order a long block built like that. cost about 5-6k i believe. with the SC and all the work on it..its not a bad price. Little high..but i bet he'd take 5-6 for it..

    yea, i mean i don't think there is mass produced forged internals for our motors..and if there is..that easily 1200 bucks or more right there. Head work is really pricey too.

    i think it would be worth it really to twin charge :D but who has that kinda dough to throw down? lol

    No complaints so far except for the fact that it doesn't dim when I turn the lights on... For the life of me I don't know which wire to tap into. And it does start up just a little slow compared to the 4200DVD I just installed in my sister's 08 taco.

    Mac, the D3 is old as fuck now. You should be able to get one of those dirt cheap if you want one of them. They were the thing to have then though.

    Mine stopped syncing with my blackberry a month ago...:( I have to do a firmware update & get it back up & running. The bluetooth is one of the main reasons I went with this unit...

    Honestly dont care about the screen a whole lot. I figured with me always working in wierd places in the middle of no where the navigation would be kinda nice. But I really just want a decent unit that I canplug in my ipod..im tired of fm transmitters. I have an aftermarket deck that came with the truck but its cheap and old lol.

    mine syncs with my iPhone and can control it through the head unit plus the whole screen can turn off and still play music at night if you don't like all the extra light.
