So I think I've finalized on the 951's unless someone can convince me otherwise for around $112/wheel.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I want the 16x8, 6x5.5 with 0 offset and 4.0-4.5 backspacing?

Wheels will be on a Toytec 3" lift and probably 285/75/16 Toyo Open Country MT.

    Does it sound about right?
    What about lug nuts?

You are correct. If I remember correctly, the 16x8 only comes in a 0 os and 4.5 bs. That is what mine are anyway. As for the lugs I bought some gorilla spline drive off from Amazon. The wheels didn't come with them but I bought 2 of them brand new off CL and the other 2 from Amazon.

I think for the 9 inch width the specs change. I'm not sure what you need on these. But I do wish I had went with 17's now. But I got a great deal on mine, that is the reason I got them.

I ordered mine from Amazon and they didn't come with lug nuts. I just got some cheap black ones from advance auto parts. They've held up great so far

When I got my wheels I went into every parts store around me and none of them carried the lugs I needed in a 24 pack, only had them in 20. That is why I had to order off from the net.
