poping in front end after camburg spindle lift

    X runner valance, camburg spindles, 5100 bilsteins, defiant light bar, hella 700's
    i put the lift on last summer and im just recently experiencing a pop in the front end. any suggestions or has this happened to anyone else?

    4Runner- wagoneer Dana 44 front lunchbox locker. Rear stock axle spooled. Beadlocks and 36s 3link rear, leaf front, dual transfer cases 1980 pickup- exo cage. Locked front and rear on 40s dual transfer cases. Custom paint job
    Idk how the camburg is but most of.us who got maxtrac spindle have the pop and its the mount for our brake lines

    Already retorqued everything here and its still happening! From those I talked to around 10 of us have popping in the front end with spindle lifts... I am still trying to figure it out...

    I havent seen my brake line mount rubbing at all. :confused:

    Mount a go pro in the front to see your suspension cycle and maybe locate the problem

    Camburg 4.0 race spindles, coilovers, 285/75/16 Yokohama Geolanders mounted on 16" KMC Hoss wheels, Aero Turbine 2525
    I torqued the four bolts that connect the spindle to the lca to 110ft/lb and the popping went away. I have the camburg spindles as well.

    Op Retorque to factory specs to go over the recommended amount your upper and lowers basically everything in te front suspension

    This is exactly what I have encountered with these spindles. You need to torque them right at 110#.

    i rhought it was related to steering, i feel it when im turning, it feels like the tie rod end is shifting.

    i did, they are nice and tight, next step is to check the hub bolts and the lca bolts....even though i know they are tight...

    ya i didnt have it at first but recently i had it probably within the last 3-4 months. ill try some of these hopefully it works thanks guys

    ^ have you tightened them down?

    i got nothing after installing the new stuff, had it before so I am guessing the torques were wrong

    i checked the hub bolts, tight, lca bolts, tight as fuck! uca, tight, tie rods- leaking some grease but tight

    have you checked for play in your steering?

    inner,outer tie rods in good shape? is the rack tight to the frame?

    how do i check for play? i have shacked them and they dont move......its like im turning then turn a little more and POP...
