lol No, I haven't mentioned it to Ashley yet  . But on that note, After I asked for a paternaty test Sara ran to BC and I haven't talked to her since, that was over a month ago. Been hearing rumours she was being quite prolific during that November time frame too, drugs/partying/etc.. So I figure I'm in the clear.. Maybe I'll spend a life time wondering, maybe it'll come back to bite me in the ass later. Either way, No use crying over spilt milk at this point.

How many kids does your son have?

And Susan, I am in Lancaster, CA right now... so I have NO IDEA where anything is. So, pizza is about the easiest thing to find in a city. So, I had pizza :)

hmmm... My ex started going nutz after I didn't want to marry her after about 8 months of being together. And I didn't refuse exactly, I just said I wasn't 100% sure yet.

I find it interesting to know other peoples time lengths, puts it in perspective.

if you're not 100% sure don't do it, marriage isn't something you should be pressured in to.

my bro is getting married (2nd time) in May, been with his fiance for 3 years... I'm his best man :D

The first year we were together I was home maybe 6 months of it max though. I deployed for 4 1/2 months. Then I was on work trips for another 2ish. But, I did take her back to Oregon (drove) to see my family for our huge family reunion we have every summer after 6 months. After she was able to handle all that family stuff she was set.

We are getting married in Maui. I don't much care for my brother and didn't want to pressure anyone into coming that doesn't have the funds. So, we are just doing it with her and I and close family in a garden looking over the beach.

Thanks! Here's hoping! It would certainly be a damper if it was. Not that I don't want kids, but I want nothing to do with that girl.
EXACTLY! She did not seem to get that. My mother was in 3 marriages, I grew up seeing the stress caused by rushing into marriage. I wont ask someone to marry me till I know.
Those are some pretty hefty tests, glad she passed em!

since none of you know really know me or my brother... his first marriage lasted about 6 months. my brother is very level headed and the smartest guy I know. he suspected his then wife of cheating on him so he put a key stroker on their computer. sure enough she was emailing some dude back and forth in a more than friendly manner.

Eh, they are old by this point. I love em all anyway, no matter what kind of accent they have... unless it was a french accent. "I dunno Lloyd, the French are assholes."

My great grandpa came over from the fatherland. He went from NY through Canada to Oregon. Found land for cheap. They had all the kids (6 in my grandpas family) learn English. My great grandpa wouldn't even allow German to be spoke in the house.

driving a ford was the only thing my Gpa wouldn't allow, he was a ford mechanic for 10 years before he started farming. one of my cousins bought an f150, my Gpa made him park it at the end of the driveway... aboot a mile from the house.
