5 hours and 12 days. Maybe more we'll see how the world turns. Go home, load truck with car parts and motorcycle, drive to edmonton, family all together for nephews baptism sun mornin, drive to red deer after lunch, work on truck all afternoon in friends garage, when I finish, head south sun night to Ashleys, stay with her for 4 days, drive friday mornin (30th) to edmonton, fly to vegas, there till the 5th. then supposed to come back for only 2 night shifts, then have 6 off.

BUT If I get the job i'm hoping for, I might come back and work a shit ton of OT before I leave. Take the money and run sorta deal.

Bankroll and ROLL! You looking for something closer to Ashley? Sounds like you're pretty serious about her. Good for you.

Well.. I was ALWAYS planning to GTFO of this place when my contract ended, so it was going to happen regardless. But this girls better then any I've ever dated ever, so chill and not the usual woman crazy I've dealt with my whole life. Kinda head over heels for her, and she is for me too..

So it definitely helped push me towards Calgary instead of Edmonton :D

I see that you are going to Vegas so Canada must have rescinded the order that would not let you leave Canada. ;)

All kidding aside it is really wise and correct to work on the exhaust once the intake is beefed up. You should get a few extra HP with the headers. Next thing you know it will be head work and a cam.

I'm hoping to net another 30 with the fixed exhaust and the new tune. Don't want to tear apart the actual engine untill I have a spare vehicle, this is still my daily driver .

I know all about the daily driver thing. A lower set of gears in the rear will help with the top end as well. ;)

30 HP does sound reasonable with a larger SC and headers. Too bad you do not have access to a dyno.

lower gears would give me access to higher top speeds eh? and spread out my low end power over a wider band? I've only done a little bit of research on the regearing thing.. not 100% positive on the outcomes.

I have not done the research for the Tacoma either. I would like to know if there are any aftermarket gear ratios for 4th, 5th and 6th gears in the transmission as well.

Changing the rear end diff ratio will drive the best powerband RPM's for the different transmission gears.

With your supercharger and exhaust upgrades I would bet that your power band, RPM range, for the engine is now wider.

Tore out my old exhaust system:

Finally got my DTLT and extension harnesses, Y-pipe + o2 Sims installed. Word to the wise, be sure to retorque after the heat soak, eliminates all remaining leaks.

Blew another belt on the side of the highway, this one lasted me about 2 months. Kinda of trial and error finding out which method works best, going to a 4mm larger pulley size and going to try that out. Also, your tire iron can be used as a pry bar to move your tensioner pulley in case of emergencies.. who knew

Finally figured out how to upload the MP4 video format from my Android. Special thanks to member Haslefre :woot:

1st & 2nd Gear run test, kinda messed up shift between em a little, going to need to build a more secure mount if I'm going to be shooting any more vids.

I don't know but it's starting to get frustrating, thats 5 belts in 4 months.. I'm thinking the URD 7th rib might actually be that important versus the 6 rib commercial version. Going to try this last pulley combo then might have to just suck it up.
