with that track system do you loose alot of power trying to push that thing. damn that looks fun.

Absolutly you will loose top end power as well as holeshot

But the KTM 450-530 already is a beast...... I've got the 530exc and it's the most power from a stock 450 class bike on the market.....
Desmog it and jetkit, and remove spark arrestor......gains a remarkable 10% HP and more throttle response.....

In the pics posted there is one of three bikes lined up...... Bike on far left is a 530exc. It will smoke the other two which are 450's.

Curious. How much does this track conversion cost?

My bike is 2011 KTM 250XC, which is a 2-stroke, Running at 50hp with 220lbs. The guy in the middle had a 525 with a bottle of NOS on it, but they were old boy's, and I could outdo anything they could that day (no horn tooting :D)

The kit is made by 2moto (http://www.2moto.com) and retails about $4,700 USD, but I got a swinging deal, found a used one for $1,500 CAD.

I've never been more scared than riding that thing. Not because it wasn't safe, but I could just get places a sled absolutely couldn't. The bike floated so nice on the powder. The hardest thing for it was straight hill climbs, but even a 600cc snowmobile is running 125+ HP.
