    Can a marriage survive infidelity? Yes. it can. But not without significant rebuilding over time of the trusting and loving relationship. Many have done it but I believe most couples can not survive that journey.

    My first wife cheated on me and I literally kicked her to the curb the day I found out. That was 18 years ago and I'm glad I made that decision. She hasn't changed her ways having gone through numerous failed relationships and two additional marriages. It's difficult for someone prone to cheat to never cheat again.

    Incidentally, she called me last year to remind me that it would have been our 20th anniversary... I could hear the regret and jealousy in her voice. I had pity but no remorse. I've been remarried for 16 years and have a wonderful family life. No regret here.

    TRUST! relationship is built on a TRUST, I trust my wife with everything and she has proven to me many, many times I CAN trust her. Once she breaks that TRUST by lying or cheating its all over, I would never be able to trust her again.

    Now if she brings one of her girlfriends for a three way, I wouldnt consider that cheating...lol I wish :eek:
