    I went through the process it was so all the seals bearing could seat properly, to wear the coating of the gears....when u drain it after the break in period the gear oil has a glittery sparkle to it from the gear " tempering" break in process.... Something like that lol :notsure:

    They were $200 per in the group buy and I can get them for a little cheaper than that. So I was basing the $1100 off of the going rate.....not retail.

    Yeah I did, and they dug pretty bad. But Nelson had the Grabbers and he was stuck more than me lol

    Getting stuck a few times I can see as fun, but the 6 or 7 times I got stuck I didn't have much fun with that.....I like my hardpack Ocotillo landscape :)

    Not a whole lot going on since front LT kit...bunch of parking lot pics. Have not even used it yet cause of the mini me mod :) bumper/skid coming soon hoping before pismo next weekend. Starting to get parts for rear, gonna take a while though.

    yeah, I tried contacting the GB vendor and never got a response.
    I wasn't really sure exactly what I needed, so a couple hundred extra to ensure a job done right is fine with me.

    I would rather pay a little extra $$ than fail on the trail, just my opinion though. I'm sure most of you are much more comfortable with wrenching than I am.
