    Sorry...I could been clearer- The sheath outside the brake line and the swedge connections at the ends of the brake lines don't show any signs of being pulled on or being held taut??

    Get the 4" and call it good.....you can't go wrong with getting them slightly longer than needed. The only thing you need to do, is make sure the lines don't interfere with anything while the truck is sitting in your driveway (at rest) AND that they don't interfere with anything while the suspension is flexing offroad.
    I had 4" extended lines on my 96 tacoma with only 2" lift.
