    I have the factory step rails. Anyone that has or had them know's these things aren't a lot of help. :rolleyes: They sit almost as high as the floor board anyway and stick out quite a bit. It's hard to put in words but they are just awkward. But I do like them for door ding protection.

    My ol battleaxe is wishing I was done modding the Taco. Then she wouldn't have to compete with it for attention. She is slowly getting better about me having hobbies, with out them I would probably end up in a lot of trouble. She just doesn't like to ride with me any more. Took her 6 zanex just to be able to cope with my style...

    Just kidding. About the S/O bit.

    Anyway the last GF I had liked the truck. She didn't mind the amount of time I spend on it, or money, because it was coming out of my pocket. She also liked how comfy it is.

    My family loves it, they like how safe it is, how versatile it is, and they are happy I have something I'm so enthusiastic about. Among other things.

    Funny story, last summer my brother was driving it, and a large black man in a decked out escalade rolled down his window and yelled "balling!!!" to my brother. I guess he liked the truck :D
