I used to get that low as well stock. After deckplate, exhaust, plugs, maf cleaned I got 2 mpg better. Was getting 17-18 city and 20-21 hwy.

    Then I got 33x12.5s lol

Yep stock size winter tires right now. I run 265/75 in the summer and would get great mileage. I got as high as 24mpg on an all highway trip once...

When I changed my plugs I was going to clean my throttle body as well cuz it looked a bit gunked up but wasn't sure what to use to clean or how to clean it. I'm sure that would help a bit as well.

the TB can be a big factor yes, and its not that hard to clean as far as finding a cleaning product anything from brake parts cleaner to even WD40 have worked for me in the past. Also maybe try some seafoam?

I probably should have ran some seafoam before changing my plugs...Would it foul the plugs if I dumped some in the fuel right now? I changed them two weeks ago.

For a couple months I've had issues with the gas filler tube barely venting at all when I'm filling it up. Finally got fed up and pulled the bed so I have easy access to everything on the gas tank. Should make it real easy to figure the problem out and I felt like it was a better option then dropping the gas tank.

This truck is a work truck - not a lot of fancy mod's here, but it's getting the job done!
For more on how I did that - check out my build page linked in my signature below. I only used 5 of my 10 LEDs because I'm not sure where I want the rest of them... They are nice and bright which is why I only used 5 of my 10 here, but I also have to figure out the dimming part...
