I bought my Osram Nightbreakers from Amazon, Osram is the German version of Sylvania and has more light output than the regular. They work great!

They're great, the light output is crisp and they are much brighter than stock. the high beams throw an amazing amount of light, down the road and to the sides. I've ran others: PIAA and some Sylvania's .. these are way better.

Only downside with these and the Philips extreme is short life, all the reviews I read said a year is good. These are basically 1-2 in every review I've seen. I've only had mine for about 2-3 months, no real world data for how long they'll last ... just reviews.

Yeah from what I've read if you want a bulb that throws out a lot of light, you have to deal with relatively short life. If I like these after a week or so I'm just going to buy a backup set off Amazon so if one goes out, no big deal.

I hit a gas pump pillar when backing up.....yep, I'm the reason those are there, I'm the guy.
You know, when I was replacing the second one, I thought to myself, someone is going to ask this......
