Sliders Help

What type of finishes have people been putting on their sliders? Powdercoat, plastidip, rhino lining, etc? Also for those of you who have black or finished sliders did you have them installed first then paint them? I havent gotten a finish on mine yet because i didnt want to have to sand the weld spots after i added the finish, so i figured install them then paint them or rhino line them. Any ideas will helpful.

I used Rustoleum Hammered Black. Great paint but have to say the tips suck on the cans.

I painted everything but the plates and attachment points for legs to slider.

Fit the sliders to truck (used a 17 degree angle). Pulled them off, hit the slider/leg attachment point with paint, and welded to frame.

Then I came back with undercarriage coating for the plates/frame. Be sure the hit the back of the frame if you put the plates over holes.

 

I've tried almost every type of spray paint, it all sucks. Then again I have 35s that throw shit up like no other. I like the 16$ can Napa premium (martin senour) rubberized undercoat.
