lord I HATE being in 1 place for cardio...let me go play soccer or something instead.

anyone done Jim Wendler's 5/3/1? I'm trying it with carb cycling & see if I gain any strength.

I used to hit the stair climber a lot, but I found that pop squats, lunges, and burpees yielded me better strength and cardio results.

I use the climber 1-2x daily. Helps with the separation and can truly separate the men from the boys :p

I always wondered why do people buy multiple fivefingers? I guess each one has a designated use: gym, outdoors, water, everyday, I guess that would warrant multiple pairs, but I could only ever see myself having two pairs: gym, and water(rafting, canoeing)

^^ Good work. Might consider taking at least a minute rest though just because your body needs a little bit! lol
