    My wife got me a cooking class for Christmas, the chef is coming on Sunday. That is exciting enough, but I just fielded the call from the chef asking general questions on what would be made or taught Sunday. That was hard, I can pretty much cook anything. I kind of told him I would like pan sauces, mainly because I don't do too many sauces and what ever is new in the cooking industry. I told him in the past 4 months I have cooked everything from chicken,steak,fish to rabbit,seafood etc.... I think he kind of understood where I am coming from. He said by Wednesday or Thursday he will email me the menu so we can check it out and fine tune it. I am very interested in the menu.

    The "class" is 3 hours long from 3 PM to 6PM. I think I covered it all with telling him that I wanted to get caught up with the trends in the restaurant industry. We will see. He says all recipes are original. Dont worry I will post not only pictures but most likely recipes depending on how secretive he wants the recipes to be. I was thinking about doing something like this with some friends and work couples for a fun night get together.
