^^ Those tires are great. They don't last real long, though... I'm trying Trenchers next.

In other news. I think my friend with another SC10 is butthurt. He just saw my truck run with the brushless for the first time. He's so :jellydance: He claims he's gonna put a mamba monster in his.. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't fit in a 2wd..

I mean, why not just buy a whole other truck? Mamba systems are in the $200+ range, yea?

Yeah, it would be stupid to try and run it with a 2wd, would be spending a lot of $$ in drivetrain parts, haha

I just wanna run faster, best option for bashing iv seen is the mamba max pro with castle 2400kv. Just need a good reason to order it other then "I want it".

The one with the 1415 motor?

    http://www.castlecreations.com/products/mamba_max_pro_sct.html

I've got the sidewinder SCT with the 1410 motor and it's very torque-ey. I can only imagine how much more of a brute that mamba system would be.

Yep, 4s max. People say the slash 4x4 on 4s is insane with that setup, which means I will have to get atleast one 4s to mess with.

I like your thinking on that
