    hope so, i really like the portability and long battery life... quite different than my first laptop a 17" HP pavillion with ALLL the fixins. Solid hour batt life when brand new, 30 minutes now a days.

    I loved it tho, when i was in the dorms and the olympics were on i had the cable hooked up to it with a tv tuner and it had a guide and dvr... which was badass and got to watch a ton of the olympics that must ppl never see. Curling is now my fav winter sport

    I'm not Adam, but I have a response for you. They are different voltages, and I would make sure that you know the voltage that your current setup is running. Mixing voltages is definitely not a great idea. If you can raise voltages up to the higher you may get away with it...you may even be able to run it at the higher setting. Or conversely you may be able to run the RAM at the lower speed at 1.35V. But you also may not be able to run it period.

    Whenever you change or upgrade your RAM, I would recommend running memtest86 to make sure that you are not getting any errors ad that the RAM is interacting with other sticks as well as the motherboard correctly.
