    I might want to talk to you sean about meals and eating right. I was in the same boat as kappes03 and was 135 before i started eating like a crazy man and working out. I put on weight up to 155 which is where i plateaued. I cant seem to put on anymore weight. I also need to get back in the gym cause the wife wants me to get bigger.

    My prob is my bones don't appreciate any impact exercises... So I gotta find something with a pool, but not a deep pool cuz I can't swim lol

    Fat out of shape here as well. Couldn't care less, so long as I can still do the things I want to do. Ridin the MS150 this year!

    Glad my significant other doesn't give a crap about that :D.

    Use machines such as a pulley system or smith machine for weighs....self body weight exercises

    Cardio: row machine, treadmill, stair master, bike, tri circuits and many more. I've had every excuse in the book and worked around it.

    Cool, no problem man. I just wanna be able to gain weight and put on muscle mass, I have a gym at my work and need to get back in a routine of using it. :D

    Lol ok, I've tried different things, a bike makes my knees hurt treadmill same thing, maybe a stair master? Once I get access to this ill find one that works for me
