I told you man, I live in the GHETTO. :help: The price was right but the neighbors are ugly. Shopping around for house between Rancho Cordova and Elk Grove; just thinking about the prospect of moving away from this nightmare gives me a boner.

I know, I'm just being dramatic. If it wasn't good enough or if I didn't feel my wife was safe; I would pack up and move in a heartbeat. Its good enough for now, but we are definitely ready for a house on a piece of property.

Anyone run beadlock wheels on their truck? Could I get by and be perfectly fine with normal wheels and just airing down only slightly for offroading? I don't do anything too crazy with my truck but I'd like to be able to air down to play in snow.

They come split like that brand new with the truck. Are you sure they were ever changed? Most people change them and get 6 identical plugs, contrary to how Toyota put two different kinds in there.

if you have to ask questions about beadlockers, beadlockers aint for you. if you air down above 10 psi you should be fine. that's what i run when i rock crawl. beadlock is for people who wheels pretty hard core stuff, and they usually run about 5-8 psi, in snow they just take out the valve stem and run 0 psi, but i dont think you are at that level yet.

I agree with MJ, I just swapped my plugs out at 62k and they were the same as your picture 3 ngk 3 denso, which leads me to believe they were never changed! ( they come 3 n 3 from factory ) That means on his truck at 90k+ nobody ever changed the plugs either

I ran 15psi in my tires on my method 301's and didn't have any issues. Unless you plan on doing some hardcore stuff like Eric said, I doubt it'll be worth it to go with real beadlocks. If you like the look many rims includeding TRD have the bead lock look.

x3. I changed mine the first time at 48K miles and they still looked almost new. That leads me to also believe those were never changed (in addition to the NGK/Denso mix you have there). Not sure about other dealerships, but you can't get both brands at mine. They only carry the Denso (and I think that's common among all of them to carry only one of the two...why carry two brands of the same thing?).

The coil packs have blue service markings on them and each plug had locktite on them, as if they had been serviced before. I figured if the dealer had performed the 30k service that they would replace the plugs with the NGK and Denso plugs (as it would have come stock). I just went with the Denso for all 6 like most people do. Either way, I'm glad I changed them out.

As I mentioned previusly to MJ's post, there are indications that lead me to belive that the 30k service MIGHT have been done (I cannot confirm this).

    QUESTION:

Do you guys think the dealer would replace the plugs along the same lines as the factory with 3 NGK and 3 Denso plugs?

I feel bad for my poor little Tacoma if it really had to chug along with the same plugs for 90k, but it's a great testament to the parts quality and reliability of our trucks and Totyota in general.

At my dealership they only offer the Denso plugs. I believe it was $27 OTD for 6.

Is that the one off Hegenberger? I might stop by after work.

I think I want to change my plugs soon. I have ~60k on my irridiums. They say they're suppose to last 100k, but I tow a good amount and wheel time to time.
