this whole gallon of water a day crap sucks. i hate drinkin that much water.

 

That's why I drink a gallon of milk

 

I work in the sun in a long sleeve shirt and thick rubber gloves and sleeves all day, so its not too bad. i just get that sickish feeling from that much water.

 

lol dont try to squat 800 pounds then

 

the gym im at has this really cool thing that i use for my squats, the bar is on sliders so it wont tilt to either side, it slides straight up, and straight down. and they have these adjustable things on each side so just in case you do give out and drop the weights or anything it slides straight down the bars and gets caught by the machine.

 

Smith machine?

Those are good for some squats but you want the free weights so all your little support muscles get worked too, they get worked by supporting the weight so it doesn't go side to side

 

ya thats a smith machine, theyve been around for like 20 years

 

Doesn't really give you a natural squatting position though, I don't like it to much. Only really use it for calf/ankle raises and doing some exercises for rehabbing a torn ham string. Its a little nicer then the straight bar.

How does the protein powder taste sean? Ive been taking Optimum Gold standard for a while but Im running out and looking for maybe something similar. Open to suggestions!

 

i ran out of my flavorless protien powder, im having to make do with some a buddy had.. its chocolate. its disgusting lol, plus its tapout whey protien

 

Im already sick of eating this much. :/

 

Where do you get flavorless protein ? I have been killing my self with the chocolate carp.
