looks like he was lane splitting and she didn't like it. She tried to pinch him in. They exchanged some words and he kicked the car. then she proceeded to try to kill him.

 

If you kick my car/truck over some words, I feel this is a fair responce.

 

The first part of it, yes. The running and hitting the motorcycle could be justified, but then trying to run him over again? that might be pushing it a little far.

The one thing I always try to remember on the bike is that I don't have a cage to protect me so it's best not to fuck with the cages.

 

Smart, I'm not going into a long thing. It sometimes makes me mad when people say its just a car/truck or thats what insurance is for. Accidents are one thing, but for someone to damage or steal my car/truck is not acceptable. I look at it like that is close to $30,000 dollars of my hard earnd money, more with intrest. I am fuckin angry if you fuck it up. You walk into a bank and steal $30,000, your going away along time. If its a car worth that, you get "oh its just a car" Bullshit. Thats someone's money.

He kicked her car. Having words is one thing, you damage my property, is another.

 

She threatened him with the vehicle, years ago some asshole threatened my GF and my kid in a crosswalk, i spidered the windshield on his truck with my fist. When the cops figured out what happened (thanks to a witness), they told the asshole to eat his fucking windshield and they asked me to 'take it easy' next time.

 

You can yell and threaten me all day long, but when you take it to that point where you damage my property, I'm going to react to that.

 

Why do you think that when some asswipe takes a run at a cop with a car, the cops shoot? Because it's considered deadly force. She threatened him with a vehicle, i'd have done the same damn thing or probably worse.

 

Cager was in the wrong on this one. Kudos to the rider for the amount of self restraint he displayed, I would have likely done some jail time if it happened to me.

 

What I saw is, that she tried to block him from getting past her, not yet threating to run him over. That is not grounds for him to kick her car. Which obviolsy was not a smart move on his part.

I understand how police work. Whole different situation IMO of course.

And it takes a real man to kick a womans car. Maybe on her side she felt threatend.

 

In blocking him she could have injured him, she is in the wrong, then she tried to kill him, wrong again, attempted murder
