    For the price of $235, It IS worth buying the kit. We made a secondary shock loop on my friends from scratch and it took a little labor time to bend tubes, make mounts, and do the fabrication time. ( Its not that hard but sometimes its easier to just buy the pre-fabbed kit if the price is right). Just add your own gussetts and strengthen the bar mounting spots and you are dialed. Either way, it will work
