From reading on here, I was under the impression that my stock 04 front diff was a 7.5", but according to this site, its an 8". Any insight? My door says B03A, is that for the front and rear?

    It's a 7.5 (reverse clamshell)
First manufacture date of the second gens was in 2004

Even though my door code reads "B03A", I still have a 7.5"?

    B03A is the rear axle.
Means you have 8" pinion gear with 410s.

I attached the axle decodeing PDF for ya.

Thank a lot. I've needed a new front diff for awhile because of the needle bearing issue discussed on here a lot and want to make sure I get the right thing. Is there any type of chart that shows what diffs work in what vehicles? Does a 1999 4Runner front diff fit my 2004 Tacoma for instance?

Don't know. Keep in mind the 04 diff is an vacuum based ADD diff. Some of the older trucks have manual hubs and I think the diffs are different.
