Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
Throw up between exhaust and tires.

i think it depends on a LOT

what do you have planned for the truck? do you wheel at all? do you wheel a lot at night or drive a lot of dark unpopulated roads at night? or are you in need of new tires?

Lifts look better with nice tires, so thats my vote, some mean tires to go with your freshly painted wheels and lift.
