It's just a little doublewide. I don't have any pics of it yet since i'm planning to do a good bit to it when it warms up (actually have to put "stucco" skirting on it before the bank will give me a loan. doing rent to own for now). We also have to fix the front porch. the roof to it is too flat.. and it's leaning a lil bit.. can't tell unless your.. well.. me.. Anndd I want to freshen up the paint on the shutters and replace the mulch like crap in the walkway with a type of gravel or something. WAY too much crap to step in to get shoes muddy around here.
Between the animals and my damn boyfriend who can't seem to take his shoes off at the door i'm going to have to invest in a heavy duty carpet cleaner... or wood flooring which would be nice but i'm still snarling at that idea after doing it to..well.. I guess now my ex husband's house. All that work for nothing :( and back pain...

But I like my little place. INSANELY quiet!!! Well other than a few cows mooing... Always have deer in the front yard (reason I moved my bike on my own in the mud.. they kept sniffing the bike lol)

Only a few small ones and things like blue gill. Nothing to get excited about, other than the aligators. There are a 6ft± and a 3ft± aligator.
Hopefully the bass will grow and be good catching size in a year or so.

Here's a front view of ours taken before we had the driveway paved - 750 feet of asphalt puts a dent in the budget. We built this after I retired from the Army. We've got 57 acres - an old horse farm - with a mix of fields and woods - barn, stable, etc. Our little piece of heaven we have affectionately named Mighty Mortgage Manor.

A winter view from our back porch overlooking our small lake.

And another with our pond with the lake behind it.

I grew up in a home almost EXACTLY the same as this one, just outside Baltimore. Front porch awning and all. That front left upstairs window was my bedroom.

Dad bought it in 1956 for $12,500.00 new. He still lives there, mom passed Christmas 2010. :(

Home on the left...guest cottage on the right (for M-I-L)...and 26x36 wood shop in the middle.

On a double lot at the end of a cul-de-sac...in a gated waterfront community with bay access, and only a few minutes drive to the beach (Gulf of Mexico).

I'm an old worn out carpenter and may die in this one.
