Bilstein 5100's on all four with some OME 885x's. Brute Force Fab front bumper. Warn winch. Koenig countersteers wrapped with duratracs.

yea i wouldnt mind having a new gt500....but the 03-04 termi's are pretty under rated beasts. simple bolt ons (intake, exhaust, SC pully, and a tune) you can get 480 out of it. do a little more and we are talking big HP.

been a fan of the 03-04 cobras for a long time...id have one instead of the taco right now. I found one, talked to the guy about buying it, agreed on a price...agreed to pick it up 5 days later....emails me 2 days before i was suppose to drive to VA and says someone came to his house with cash and he sold it...

then i got hooked on a getting a truck as a daily instead of a 500+ hp rwd car.

my goal with the cobra is to get it in the 10's pushing 650 ish HP

my dad wants a new shelby gt500 or maybe the gt1000 coming out...but if he did he would end up dropping it off at evolution in MD and have them build the crap outta it. haha but he is down with the 03 cobra, we already have a 04 sonic blue Lightning in the driveway. He wants another shot at bragging rights. cause i have had em for 3 years when i beat him heads up at ATCO on street night in my 05 STi....never letting him live that one down. :D

Anyone familiar with hot water heaters? I noticed a smell in the house and found my downstairs carpet was soaked. The water heater had a slow drip from the vertical pipe that runs vertically on the side of it. It must have been leaking the whole time I was in AC the past few days. Now tearing up the carpet in the basement. I triggered the relief valve that's connected to the pipe and it re-set into place and is no longer leaking. Wondering if it's time to replace the heater. It's 9 years old. Natural Gas. Thoughts? Also, how hard are they to replace (should I pay someone to do it)?

Turn the water temp down a little. Put a bucket under the pipe and see if it leaks again.

What he said. But as long as the tank itself is not leaking the water should be fine you can always replace the relief valve if it is bad. It's alot cheaper then replacing the water heater.

Thanks guys. I also forgot to mention that a couple of weeks ago, I cranked up the temp cause I wanted hotter showers. From what I'm reading, sounds like that may have caused my little problem. Luckily I just hired someone to paint the inside of the house and do all speckling sanding etc. Was going to replace the carpet in the basement and bedrooms next so I guess I'm just a little ahead.

Anthony, thanks for the offer. I appreciate it. If it comes down to it, I may be giving you a call.

Mike, gas or elelectric, I'm very familiar with them and usually when they leak, it's time is at the end of its life and new parts are needed. With the hardness I'd the water so bad, it's prob shot, but I can help ya if ya need.

It's gas. I think I'll probably just replace it the more I think about it. I'm spending a ton of money on upgrading stuff, another 500 - 1k isn't going to upset the apple cart. Thanks for the offer. I'm probably going to take a ride to the Sears clearance center tomorrow in West Orange and see if they have any scratch and dent ones.

A coworker of mine was just telling me about the tankless ones. He said he loves it. I'd have to research it to see the advantages.

I got most of the carpet up with the exception of a small space where the couch and tv stand are in the basement. That'll be tomorrow after the uncovered space is dry.

They had standing room only tickets for $3.00. It's only an exhibition game but I am taking my 5 year old he doesn't care he just loves going. I would of liked tickets to for the home opener they are going for top $ now.
