Official RANT thread

ok. so i need to change my oil and want to go to synthetic. i have 35k and don’t want to wait longer to change. told mom and she is bitching that they(as toyota) did not tell us to when we got the truck so it does not need it. even tho the newer years have it and it’s the same damn engine! ok i think rant over.

 

also she never believes me when i say something about what is better for the truck or the 4 wheelers. it’s ALWAYS “i’ll look in to it and ask people i know” 1’ one guy she works with knows allot about stuff but he also hoes it the cheaper way witch is not always the best way.

 

I'm at a school with several other federal and local law enforcement agencies and one of the first things I notice is the general lack of physical fitness that they exhibit. Do you really expect someone to respect you are in uniform and might have a gun when you couldn't even run after then? Show some respect for your agency, the uniforms, and YOURSELF.

Secondly, isn't it generally well known that you remove your hat inside? Not to mention in a dining hall? Even on Coast Guard bases they have gotten rid of buying a round if you have a cover on inside. Now these kids walk around with their hats on sideways and earrings in like they're in some hometown bar.

whats the deal with CV fitness after frank passed? need a gym.....

 

yeah frank passed away at the end of january. he had an accident at home, that caused some brain trauma. the gyms still going, his wife wants to keep it going (might be because a new lease was just signed or something else) but im still working there.

i drink so much damn mtn dew (or dr pepper) it’s not even funny! just had 2 cans and did not even realize it till i was done. FML i drink to much.

6 workouts were done my workout partner (my older brother) would do a set and then run into the locker room to text his bitch freaking 5 minutes in between a set! A single set! Can't get a damn thing done for him running his mouth and texting. At an 1 hour mark we ad barely 3 workouts in, 3 lousy workouts thats it! Absolutely ridiculous.

Well in an hour I wouldn't be able to fully get done everything I do. Good for you though, an hour is quite nice if you have stuff to do like I do tonight!

 

my spotter likes to go take a piss inbetween sets without letting anyone know. just walks off....

 

i also go by my self. would like to find someone that goes to go with me. i go with my brother some times.

 

I hear that getting stuck in the covers is a great core workout

 

He does that, and he'll go fill his bottle of water up like crazy...hence the pissing, but I think its just an excuse to go text

 

i hate people that text in the gym. i take my phone but don’t text. just have it in case someone was to call. lol mom or dad. lol
