how many watts are those 5'' HID offroad lights? and is the wiring included?

ok so there more driving light pattern from what i can see... when i saw the "spotlight" pattern i was thinking of this... (my kc daylighters)

so i'm pretty sure that i am in on this group buy... but i really have no idea what i need/want. do we have any pix of the bixenon in use? are they worth the purchase and upgrade from halogen? i had xenons in my Audi and BMW and LOVED them but i have never upgraded a vehicle from halogens to Xenons... will they be of the same quality lighting?

Also looking at the 31" LED Lightbar.. thoughts on this? who is the manufacturer of these?
