the drive home from moab sucked last night, blizzard conditions on the west side of the Eisenhower tunnel and then sleet and freezing rain all the way home to Denver at around 1AM last night.

I'm looking for an internship this summer for accounting, or some business position. Anyone have any good suggestions for a starting point. I'm in boulder but willing to commute.

Accounting major, not exactly planning on being an accountant, just know it's a good starting point. Planning on getting my MBA in financials a little down the road....

 

good place to start is with a cpa firm and jump into public accounting...you'll get a good variety of experience from audits to tax returns...

one of my co-workers interned with my firm a long time ago and was able to turn the internship into a full time career and has been with them 8-10 years

i believe that jump he landed hard on the passenger side first...there's a video floating around somewhere from that trip..doing that i'd hope they have a 5 point harness setup
