I just received a pair of Moog lower ball joints today. I noticed, the inboard side of these has a hex plug. The originals had a nub there. Could this be a place to install a zerk for lubing?
Has anyone dealt with these before?

The zerk fitting would be my guess.

You could probably pick up some grease zerks from your local auto parts store or hardware store to put in those holes.
