Hey PELLEY, sorry to hear about that UPS problem. The upside though is that your product is so bad ass, people will still be happy as hell to get them. Keep up the nice work on them.

So after a lot of though, after dealing with some shipping issues, and other stuff, I will not be making anymore wrap around light bars. It is honestly bad news to me as well. These things are super nice, tuff has hell (just bashed mine on some rocks today, no issues!), and I think they look amazing. BUT, it has honestly been a lot of work for me, and I managed to lose money on the whole exchange. Between UPS trashing parts, and unexpected extra costs, I honestly ended up in the negative on this whole venture. I had the thought of selling them un-painted, and raising the price, but that just puts them up there with the others, and kills the whole idea for me of selling a great part to you guys, and saving you money. Maybe if I get enough interest in making another run, you guys could talk me into it, but for now, the GB is closed.

On a semi good note, I will still be making my standard style light bars, those worked out ok, and I would have been in the positive if I would have just stuck with those. If you want one, let me know!!! Also I have one wrap around still un-sold, so now is your last chance to get one! haha. Thanks to those that gave me compliments, and for those that purchased them, I know they will serve you well, mine already saved me from spider cracking my front bumper all up!!!!

    Thanks guys

    Chris

I got mine put on tonight and it looks awesome. Pics will follow tomorrow. No problem with shipping for me. The bolt on process is fairly painless(except for my 2 1/2 year old twins "helping" me). If Chris has one of these left, someone needs to buy it. It should take some abuse and leave ur bumper intact.

damn, haven't been on TW for a while and missed out on this. this looks badass. So Pelley, are you really gonna stop building these wrap around light bars? how much were you selling them for?

on a side note, you make any police style push bars? i've been looking forever for one. something like below. sound like something you could (or want to) make?

    anyway, awesome work.

Sorry I didn't get right back to you... I have had some family stuff going on. I sold my last one back in Feb. I don't plan on making any more of these, but I'll do this, if we can get 5 people lined up who are interested in them, I will make some more. I say 5 because I have to get laser cutting, and the price for one would be way more than you want to pay, haha. They would just be raw, I won't ship the large stuff with powder anymore as UPS/FedEX like to mess up the paint...

But if you are interested, lets get something going!!!!

The price if we get five people total (including you) will be $350 each SHIPPED to the lower 48. Then is we get 5 people who want to buy all of the same lights, maybe we can work with someone to get a good deal on lights... Something else to consider.

As far as other parts, well I can make just about anything. It all depends on what you are looking for. I can make bolt on sliders, bed bars, or even full replacement bumpers. We can even go skid plates or whatever you want. If there is anything else you are looking for, let me know and we can talk. I will say I am coming up with some sliders that are going to have 1/4" plate bolt-on mounts that will match these front bumpers with mounts that look like the horns on the bumpers and matching tube work... Haven't made a set yet, but I plan on bringing these to life in the next few months.

Actually the first thing i've been wanting which i can really no longer find any more for tacomas is a police style push bar like below:

Closest i can find is the one i mentioned early which is the Go-Rhino Bar which is also a light bar with a built in step.

as far as front end, that is basically all i'm looking for. Go-Rhino is about $260 total from my local 4wheelparts store. don't know if you could make one the same, maybe more aggressive looking and stronger for about that price or not. i know that might be a lot to ask since they mass produce their stuff and therefore have a low price.

also you mentioned skids. i been asking around for anyone who can make a true bolt on skid for protection of the catalytic converters. not protect it from offroad, but from theft. i know a few others were on here were interested about that. there was another fabricator here on TW i asked about this. i think it was metal miller. but i know he's super busy with other projects so i never got a reply. but this skid would have allow a lot of air flow. more of a metal grid maybe than a solid steel plate skid. this guy here did one but he had to drill extra holes into his frame: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/technical-chat/14077-my-way-stop-cat-theft.html

I know this is a lot. i am on a tight budget. so i'm only bring this stuff up if the price is right. but i also don't want you to lose money like you did on the wrap around bar after all that hard work. so again, if you can, just see what my options are as far as if i can afford it or not. thanks.

Well as far as the front goes, if that is what you want, I would just say buy from 4wheelparts. Not my style of fab I like to do, and it would cost you more than you want to spend if I did it. If you are still interested in doing the front bumper I currently make, let me know and we can start pimping it out to see if others want them.

Now as far as the skid, we might be able to come up with something. Let me mess with some ideas, and I will draw something up in CADD and see what it looks like. I don't want to use mesh as that would cancel out the whole idea of a skid, but I do see that some well placed holes or cutouts might be worth doing for heat issues. Let me look into it...

LMAO.......... No worries Brother. Your stuff sells it's self.
On a side note, as much as I wanted one & needed to replace my lesser one, I think I'm good now. When I get back from Sparks Nevada, I'll post pics & you'll see what I mean.:D
