Just curious who doesn't plan on doing many mods to their truck? I seem to be the exception. My mods on my new 2012 consisted of seat covers, step bars, tuxedo rolling cover, and bed mat. I'm done.

I guess I am too old. I feel out of place with everyone doing lifts and rims. :)

I've done wheels, step up bars, a bed mat and tint.

I really would like to do more so I can take my truck off road but to be honest, I can't afford it because I have college to pay for.

I guess it's going to have to wait.

I had no plans for any modifications until I discovered this site. Kinda wish I hadn't....I would have a lot of money in my pocket still. It's like tattoos for me, once you start....

I got hit hard, I don't even pay attention to the $$. I need someone to limit my spending. My mod bug started AFE Stage II CAI, then onto the CAT-Back, then to the grille/lights, then sliders/lightbar. GAH, CURSE THIS DISEASES!

And I just purchases lights for my lightbar!

Planed mods would have to be tint, retros, bed lights, then onto audio and the sort, probably going to own this vehicle my whole life haha

    stock, for now
My truck will be almost bone stock. I'd like to pay it off first, then maybe some nice wheels, aggressive tires, and tint. I'm done. Last few trucks I owned, i customized them in one way or another..im over the whole thing. Car shows are all so political, so why bother wasting money just to show off to the random people in walmart parking lot?

Most of us like functionality, I am not much of a "showing" person. Leave that to the guys with the muscle cars!

Can we get a warning on the front page, maybe 60 font, red in color. You sign over your bank to these things, gosh!

I used to be okay with a trac rack
then I was okay with clear corners/blinkers
then I was okay with clear headlights/ LED tails
then I was okay with just the lift
then I was okay with wheels and tires
then I was okay with HIDs...

Now? Just did the projectors. New rear lift on the way.
I'm okay with that...Until the next mod

The only thing I might think I need is a bed extender, but that can wait for now. I try not to go overboard when I get a new vehicle. Like to give it some time to think about what I need after the shiny new truck phase wears off. The bed cover and rail are good for various things and the bed Mat is needed to keep stuff from rolling around. Other than that, can't think of anything I really need.

Lift would serve me no purpose as I dont do any driving where I would need it. Come winter , I sefinitely will dump the stock tires for a set of yokohamas. Stock tires are fine for dry and summer conditions.

I have pretty much outgrown the whole modding phase of vehicles. All I want are some wheels to get rid of the steel ones and maybe different tires. Other than that I am pretty happy with the truck as is.

Weahertecs, Bed met, Snugtop, Avid sliders, TSB Springs, Bilstein 5100's @1.75,
Wasn't going to mod my truck either. Got Weathertecs, Snugtop, bed mat, Avid sliders, rear spring TSB, and billies on the way to level the front. Thinking about powder coating my wheels black and color matching the emblems. My son and his buddies all have tacos and our barn is the weekend garage. It's kinda nice when they say they wished they had my truck.

I don't plan on doing much. This is my first new vehicle and I'd like to enjoy it the way it is for now. The only thing I am planning on is putting on sliders and a nice skid plate. Other than that, the plan is to wear out the stock tires and then get some nicer ones. But that's as far as I think I'll go... for now.
