If I planned on jumping my truck, ya I'd prolly regret it but for the type of offroading I do, they are exactly all I need. :)I hope that helps. Ill be upgrading to icons in may or June.

Bilstein 5100s (Front & ext. Rear), Eibach coils @ 0, MaxTrac 4" Spindles, Light Racing UCAs, 1/4" lean spacer, All-Pro 3" Standard leafs, u-bolt flip kit, SpiderTrax 1.25" wheel spacers, 33" (285/70/17) TreadWright Warden A/T tires, extended lines
I kept mine off from when i installed the spindles. Noticed more roll, but once I put on the rear all pro leafs, and also new extended 5100s...drives GREAT with no sway, no lean on turns just nice, solid and smooth. I was debating putting it on between offroading, but once I replaced the shocks I was almost sure I don't need to...though I do wonder how much better it would handle now on the road with it... Hm...

I've read that since Bilstein and Icon are Digressive, their added initial stiffness makes a sway somewhat redundant. I can definitely agree to that now...but I guess it still increases your chances of a roll? Technically? hehe....

If I remember correctly you were scared of the turns in the neighborhood... so how do those treat you now?
