So there's a 6 month transition period? How much will this affect sales?

Great to see company reps and even the head muchacho pitching in here.

I will be throwing a decent chunk of money at you guys within the next few months. Seems that the company is trying to fix their problems, enough to trust with a buy.

Now, find a way to lower shipping costs to this rock in the middle of the ocean and I will love you forever. Unconditionally. :D

Sara, I'm going to order suspension very soon for my truck. Who should I talk to and / or should I wait a little while for things to settle in ?

The transition period is more for getting the new facility up and running in Montana getting everyone on the same page on parts being ordered, built, delivered etc. It may seem like it should be a lot quicker yes but there are a lot of little details that are being worked out and it just takes time for it to all be final. It is effecting sales a minimal amount but there is an effect. The transition period has actually been going on for the last 2 months already. We are in the process or training new employees and getting another sales employee in the mix to help out keep everything running smoothly. As for the shipping funny story we actually had a long meeting today with the freight forwarder we use for shipping over there to help figure out how to get the shipping cost down and make it more affordable for everyone involved.

Sounds good. Lower shipping is especially exciting.
An aal of mine snapped in half, and I've been eyeing new leafs and shocks for awhile....

You guys'll be hearing from me soon. I'll be keeping an open ear to the shipping costs too.

I'm just glad stuff is now going to be made in Montana because I hate California and their Nazi shipping costs, especially to SC.

Things like springs we try and keep in stock at all times the expo springs we have in stock just got a large shipment a couple weeks ago. Springs (if in stock) usually ship in just a day or 2. We do occasionally run out before our next batch is ready but wait times should be minimal. There should be no delay in anything once everything is said and done there will just be 2 locations parts can come from. The only things that will be from montana are all the armor parts we weld together in shop.

Wow, crazy to see how many posts have been made since I left! Still not home but I am back to civilization and the internet after a week in Utah.

I received a PM from Kurtis while I was out west asking if I ever got the plates drilled and if not he offered me a new set. I explained that I had paid to get them drilled and tapped ( just sent that PM out here recently).

I had also spent quite a bit of time with a dremel attempting to grind the Timbren mount plate so it would clear the u-bolt nuts. I finally realized that would not work and that All-Pro sent shorter u-bolt nuts with their kits meant to be used for Timbrens. I bought new shorter nuts and headed out west.

The reason I bought the Timbrens was to be able to run heavy loads when camping and unloaded in a DD mode w/o the ride quality of super stiff leafs. I figured if I didn't like them I could turn around and re-sell them here or elsewhere for 20% and not be out of much. Well I didn't care for the harshness they offered and the truck sagged so low before the touched the timbrens that were not really helpful in my case. Problem now is that I have already ground four semi-circles into the mount in a "non-perfect" looking way and re-sell is not going to be easy or get me as much as I should. I asked for a new set of brackets but doubt that will happen since I believe they are a Timbren product and not an All-Pro one. Not much more that they could do unless they wanted to give me some sort of discount on a future order of expo springs or similar and that is almost doing too much.

Other than that, I like All Pro. Just want their order/shipping processing to be online with their product design!

Welp.........at least your the same asshole here as you are over there on TTORA.

All Pro just plain sucks from their customer service to the shit heads picking and packing the wrong shit up in their warehouse.

I don't care who you know or blow at AP Dell, but they can't even get the right fucking length brake lines out or handle a simple flip kit order.

You need to get over yourself or go swallow a 12ga :)
