    Op, why do the holes bother you so much? It is a truck. Damage will happen. Replace and upgrade when something breaks. More than likely your truck won't stay in pristine condition. Shit happens.

    from another state , that I assume requires front plates , so therefore the plate holes

    That's fair and such but he should have known there would be holes for the license plate being that he purchased the truck from a state that requires the front license plate. Just my $0.02

    But my thing is....Did he KNOW that plate was threre? How many people know what states require them and what ones dont? I know I dont. Nor does my State require them.
