Don't know if anyone is interested but my company is hiring for a installation helper. We do home elevators, wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters. The only real requirement is to be in decent shape, be able to lift heavy objects, and be street smart. The rest we can train you. For the right person, it leads to being a lead installer. The lead installers get some good perks like take the company truck home, matched 401k, Blackberrys to use for business and personal. We are in West Caldwell not far off Route 46.

It's a good place. I've been there 11 months but there's a lot of longevity there. Our operations manager got right off the boat from Trinidad 24 years ago and was hired on as a stairlift service tech. Now he's the operations manager. We've got quite a few people who have been there 20+ years. PM me if you're interested.
