Yeah, there's a member here in Albuquerque running a 6" drop bracket lift and 2.5" suspension lift with 37" tires. (His username isn't tacoridinhigh anynore, btw! ;)) He even calls him self a mall crawler :) and has said that he'll drop sown to 35s if he decides to go off-roading more. Not sure how much he rubs, but he uses his truck as a daily driver.

As far as gears, I think 5.29s would be a bit overkill... My buddy had 4.56s with 35s and went to 4.88s when he put on the 37s and that was plenty deep for him....

.................um sure, but the OP mentioned street driving. Also, I highly doubt he's going to make his brand new '12 a trail rig. ;) IMAO, 4.88s would be pleeeently of gear for even a daily driver that's wheeled every weekend. :notsure:

Get a 3 inch lift, get some custom cut flares, hack your fenders, chop your cab mounts, beat and hack the shit out of your wheel wheels and you will have one badass rig

No way I could fit 37s unless I got a BL and tubbed the shit out of my firewall, FWIW.

You dont have stock 4.10's. The stock gears in the V6 trucks are 3.73.

While you may not "have any problems" with the way its geared, and running the larger tires, many people do, and when running only 33's.

I hated my taco with the stock gears and 35" tires..4.56 gears is what I have and im loving it. If my taco were strictly a trail rig and not my DD I would have 4.88 gears :cookiemonster:
