i love norcal. ive had some real good memories in norcal but cant say here

Oh I totally understand. If there was no market clearly Coke wouldn't make it. I just don't see why there's a market. I also don't understand the popularity of bottled water. I understand some use. For example where I work we don't have potable water available. And there are parts of the country where the water probably shouldn't be consumed (Houston's water tends to have very high pH, a lot of Oklahoma's water has high levels of naturally occuring arsenic, etc.). And of course emergency situations where municiple water and/or private wells are contaminated. But for most people bottled water is just kinda strange. Evian and Dasani and most other brands are bottled from municiple sources. They aren't cleaner or healthier than your city water; they ARE your city water.

There's a little more to it than just poring water from the tap and into the bottle, but yes, Dasani water comes from municipal water sources. Gotta love the business concept though- bottle water that costs less than a penny a gallon, sell it for about 4 dollars a gallon
