Yesterday while driving to work I decided to roll the windows up and turn on the AC. A check engine light immediately appeared. I used my ScanGauge to check and clear the code. The code was P0022. I believe P0022 is an "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 2). After I cleared the code, the check engine light did not come back. The engine feels like it runs fine and there appears to be no change in gas mpg.

    - Should I be concerned and if so, what should I be concerned about?
    - Should I watch for anything specific?

Rare code to see on a Tacoma. More common on the 3UR V8's in the Tundras. Anyways, if it dosnt come back on, don't worry. If it does, probably needs a newnVam gear on the left side for the VVT-I.
