What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

i think the shipping was the fastest i have ever gotten anything! 3 days!!

 

So far I love them. I actually think they look better than the bfg. IMHO. Deep tread and 60000 mi warranty.

 

So I had my Tailgate/ table made a few weeks ago, but he never got to finish it, well last week he finished it and I got it all together, I made some cables to hold the table, and then I ran some lights to back-light my TACOMA cut out in the tailgate, I'm still working on the lighting, as I need to add a top light to make it more uniform, but here is what it looks like so far.

Interesting gate design.... need some better pics of it's angles/operation. Unique for sure

 

nice bumper! I'm still Looking forward to getting my HC rear from Bruteforce.

 

Swapped in a new driver side tail-light.

 

I attempted to add the D rings to the bed...

instead I ended up doing this....



I'll order a stronger bit and a power handle from craftsman and hope that'll work better.

 

Billy makes some great stuff. That hybrid turned out great. Didn't realize the cut outs I designed were going to be so popular though.

 

Put some new to me rims on after i gey them powder coated. Went a little custom on them.

Put the Black Rock Yuma's on....love the look. Now I just need to know who makes the stickers so I can get black TRD Sport stickers. Somebody help me out

Replaced my broken headlights, took off the broken plastic bumper, straightened a couple brackets, zip-tied the grill in place, and cut the plastic splash guard things back.

Retired the stock SR5 shocks on my '06 4x4 and replaced with some Bilstein's I got from another TW member. Thanks SnwTaco! (They were from his '11 Sport 4x4) Much better ride. Originals had over 98k on them. while I was under the front, I put on a new set of pads. Getting old though, knees are killing me! Now out to the grill!

 

Did the rear diff breather mod. Well worth it, super easy

I washed it, added a hi-lift then made new battery tie downs
