Rob, here is the information on the retard that I had to get lunch for.

Way No. 982: Keep Smoking, even after you're caught--A SSgt was tried before a Special Court-Martial on 5 March 2012 for two specifications of wrongful use of marijuana. He tested positive on two different times at 90 ng/ml and 585 ng/ml. The DoD cutoff level for marijuana is 15 ng/ml. At trial, the SSgt said he was going through a tough time in his life and decided to smoke marijuana the first time at a bar when it was offered to him by a stranger. He thought alcohol may have impaired his judgment when deciding whether to use drugs. A few weeks later he attended a wedding and saw a lot of old high school friends and decided to use drugs with them. At trial, he pled and was found guilty and received 60 days confinement, reduction to Airman Basic, and forfeitures of 2/3 month’s pay for four months. After his conviction, another urinalysis came back positive for marijuana at a level of 1111 ng/ml. There was no explanation for the incredibly high level or why the now-AB continued to use drugs even though he had already been previously caught. He received an Art 15 for this 3rd positive, but since he was already an AB, he could not be reduced any further.

This is from our "1000 ways to get demoted, discharged, courted or NJP" letter we get.
