    Mapquest says that it is only ~120 miles from west wendover to SLC. It says its 1 hr 45 min. With the trailer we'll say 2 hours.

    I'm thinking we will be trying to hit SLC around 9:00 am and be looking for a place to have a late breakfast and let the morning work commute subside. :cool:

    No. We are coming in from the west on I-80 then will head south in I-15 as far as Spanish Fork then well head SE to Moab on 6.

    I say about an hour and 40 minutes to the very edge of SLC.

    I always stop and fill up in tooelle exit personally. Couple large truck stops with decent prices and easy to get off and back on 80. If you're all coming from that way might be a decent place to meet.

    If not I'd plan on meeting somewhere down of 15 personally down by like Jordan or American Fork or something. Just what I'd do.

    I like this idea.

    Thanks Max. South of SLC will work too. Any tips on avoinding the Monday morning commute traffic thru SLC (besides waiting). We are planning to camp out on White Rim on Monday eve and hoping to get to Moab by 1:00 pm to make that all happen.
