No? What if there's an issue and I need to return it to the dealer? Which dealer did you get it from? I'm really interested, I'd love to have a stronger tailgate.

 

I bought it 3 years ago from Carson Toyota for my X-runner....never got around to painting it and installing it, Along with a rear drivers side access cab door that someone hit 5 days after I bought the truck....it's sitting in a box next to the tailgate..... then some prick hit me in december and bent the rest of the truck, so I sold it.

If I could return it to the dealer...I think I'd probably do that rather than take $75 for it....but after 3 years, and it being a special order part, they won't take it back.

If you still have the tailgate I want it. I will work with you and pay to arrange shipping. Just want to make sure of a few things: will it fit a 06 model, is it a stock Toyota Tacoma OEM replacement, new in box, any dents dings? Not trying to be a Smarta$$ just want to make sure I ask all the right questions. Anything wrong with it that you know of? babytruck, your right, thanks for pointing that out. I didn't see what I thought was a solid commitment from Jerez, or a reply from the OP saying a sale was pending. But after going back and looking at the post it does look like Jerez has a sincere interest.
