5100's w/ Eibachs, Front sway bar in trash mod, Diff drop, 265/75-16 Duratracs or 33x10.50 KM2's on 15x8 wheelers steels, ARB front bumper, Warn VR8000 winch, Trailgear sliders, Allpro rear bumper, Sky Offroad E-Locker guard, Sky Offroad weld on differential guard, Savage skid plates w/ Budbuilt cross member, e-locker rear, ARB air locker front, 4.56 gears, bought it from my mom who bought it new :-D
I'm looking for people who have actually put an auto locker(EZlocker, Aussie, Spartan, Powertrax etc) up front without manual locking hubs. How did it act when you were driving in 2WD on the road?

    Thanks

If you are in 2wd, then you won't notice it at all because the diff disengages from the axles.

Please direct me to these roads that have no turns. I've never seen one before:D jk

Will I notice a front auto locker during normal, day to day driving in 2WD in a taco with ADD? I'm inclined to say no but I've been wrong before.

Driving to include: dry and wet pavement and roads with turns:p

This was my thought but I've heard people on the internets say otherwise. The internets are always right. Right?:D

The ADD still disconnects the right side wheel from the diff.

So If/when the locker engages, it'll force the front driveshaft to turn (even though it's disengaged at the transfer case) exactly as it would if you drove with manual hubs engaged.

That said, my OPINION unfounded by any actual facts or data, is that an auto locker on an IFS is a bad idea because of the weakness of the IFS drive components as compared to solid front axle,

...not to mention the "interesting" driving characteristics you'll get if driving in 4x4 on low friction icy/snowy paved roads.
